So, the other day, I received an email from Jamey Aebersold:
Great! That sounds fantastic. I sign up. I get the webinar invite. And……
It doesn’t work. At all. NADA. I mean, first, it’s Webex. Second, NONE of the codes or links worked. Invalid keys. Whatever.
It sort of sums up where aebersoldmusic is in general. They were soooo behind in putting their stuff online that they seem a non-player now. I see that all their stuff is now downloadable, but how long did that take them to do that?
I am still on the mailings, but I can’t remember the last time I bought anything from them or saw something I was like “wow, that sounds like a cool book or arrangement”. I mean, look at all the stuff like Ryan Devlin is putting out. That stuff is FANTASTIC.
Anyhow, disappointed in this failure of their webinar. Not sure how many more times we will get to see and/or interact with Jamey Aebersold….
